Z-SHED ROOFS
The Z-SHED roof has been produced since 1983, its north-facing roof-lights enables natural daylight to be exploited , creating well-lit spaces that have a spectacular appearance. The special orientation and the slope of the south-facing pitch of these components make them suitable for the installation of photovoltaic panels, thereby guaranteeing excellent energy performance.
Z-SHED GLAZING
For compliance with energy-saving regulations, glazed openings can be enclosed with honeycomb polycarbonate, laminated glass, double glazing or selective glass. For compliance with the regulation s for safe working on roofs, fall-proof glazing can be used.To meet the designer’s requirements, glazed areas can incorporate motorised openable sections and/or heat and smoke exhaust devices.
EUROSHED AND EUROZENITALE ROOFS
The new “Euroshed” northlight roof, in which the south-facing pitch is supported on a central box team, was developed in 2003 in line with the new market demands. The south-facing pitch of the “Euroshed” roof consist of concrete components supported on a structural elements giving a window opening approximately 1m high. The south-facing pitch of the “Eurozenitale” roof consists of two inclined concrete elements alternating with pitches in fibre-reinforced concrete at approximately 5m centres. Initially, only curved south-facing pitches were produced; flat pitches were introduced later so that photovoltaic panels could be installed. The transversal beam can span up to 32 metres and has a fire rating of 180 min. (R 180).
EUROSHED GLAZING
The “Euroshed” glazing system is a derivation of the continuous strip window: aluminium frames support the glazing and drain the water to the bottom without requiring silicone joints.In addition to classic polycarbonate glazing, our many year of experience in northlight roof structures also makes it possible to use more sophisticated material such as laminated glass, double glazing, and selective glass with fall-proof characteristics that meet the requirements for energy saving and safe working on roofs. Depending on the design requirements, the glazing incorporate electrically-operated openings and/or smoke and heat exhausts.
OMEGA ROOFS
Introduced in 2018, The Omega roof is a completely walkable flat surface suitable for buildings that do not need zenithal light but still provides the possibility of adding skylights. It is a versatile roof where remarkable lights and very high ranges can be reached.
