PRECAST FLOORS
ZANON PREFABBRICATI manufactures components for multi-storey buildings including floor slabs of any load capacity. The main type of floor consists of hollow precast floor planks. The slab consists of prestressed concrete planks of standard width 250 cm. The slab depth is determined by the required loadings. The concrete planks are self supporting, eliminating the need for temporary support during erection. This type of slab eliminates the need for a structural screed and is therefore ideal for the installation of a floating floor.

Over time, the need to introduce among the products a new floor with lower weight and more flexible dimensions gave birth to ZANOMEGA, the ideal solution for multi-story structures. This floor slabs has a width ranging from 2.00 to 3.00 ml with a height ranging from 50 cm to 1.30 ml and a thickness that can be adjusted according to the span and length. Its flexibility also allows it to be used as a flat soffit roof.
