EXTERNAL ECNCOLUSE PANELS
The elements that have the most significant effect on the appearance of the building are the external enclosure panels, for that reason Zanon Prefabbricati pays special care and attention to their manufacture and offers a very wide range of finishes to meet the needs of the client, both technically and in terms of appearance.
We manufacture four different panel types for different uses:
- Sandwich Panels, consisting of a layer of insulating material between two layers of concrete;
- Thermally Broken, panels with high thermal insulation value
- Solid or 120 min, fire rated panels, for internal partitions
- Ventilated panels with an anti-condensation function
Panels are of standard modular size 2.5 m but their dimensions can be varied to meet different architectural requirements.
FINISHES FOR PANELS
We provide different types of finishes: coral finish (graffiato), smooth for formwork bottom, with matrix holder, washed gravel and marble grit.
Surfaces of panels can be treated to give polished, brushed or hammered finishes that can be either smooth or polished similar to marble, rough like unpolished stone, grooved in different patterns or finished to custom designs. So that the panels can be mechanically milled and hammered, they are manufactured using a mixture of structural concrete and marble chips in different colours. The use of high quality concrete means that the panels are resistant to wear, temperature variations, and dirt, and also minimises any problems caused by deformation or surface craking over time. The combinations that can be obtained from the various blends of the different grits are many and created from time to time, according to taste and aesthetic needs.

STAIRCASES
We manufacture and install prefabricated reinforced concrete staircases in our multi-storey structures in order to guarantee the completion of the work.
Our staircases boast a solid reinforced concrete structure and a modern design of forms, so that they can be perfectly adapted to any architectural solution.
